Which countries do you host websites for?

All of them, across the continent — Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Ghana, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, Ethiopia, Egypt and every other African market. Accounts are provisioned remotely and billed in US dollars, so where your business is registered makes no difference to setup time or price.

How long does setup take?

Accounts are provisioned instantly once payment clears, and your logins are emailed straight away. If you're pointing an existing domain at us, add the DNS record we send and the site goes live on propagation — usually 10 to 30 minutes.

Do you support WordPress?

Yes. WordPress installs in one click from Softaculous on every plan, pre-configured for LiteSpeed and CloudLinux, with the LiteSpeed Cache plugin ready to enable.

Can I host multiple websites on one account?

Standard covers a single site. Business adds up to 5 addon domains. Plus, Kasi and Elite are unlimited. Each site gets its own document root, SSL certificate and database, sharing the account's storage and bandwidth.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa and Mastercard, direct bank transfer, and mobile money in supported markets — all charged in US dollars. Annual plans paid by bank transfer get a 5% discount.

What's your refund policy?

A 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on your first hosting purchase. Domains and paid SSL certificates are non-refundable once registered or issued.

Can I upgrade later?

Any time — Standard through to Elite, and on to a Cloud VPS. Upgrades are pro-rated against what you've already paid and involve no downtime.

Do you offer business email on its own?

Yes. Standalone business email starts at $24 per mailbox per year if you don't need hosting alongside it. Email sales and we'll set it up.

What happens if my site gets hacked?

We notify you within 24 hours of detection. If the account is sending spam or serving malware we may suspend it to protect the rest of the server. Cleaning and recovery are your responsibility, though our backups usually make that straightforward.
